Q 1.How is the hair quality? Can it be curled or restyled?
Q 2. Does the hair have smell?
All hair will be dealt with the disinfection, and then usually we will do nutrition treatment, washing the hair with shampoo and hair conditioner, usually there will be no smell, or just the smell of sham poo. And we also put some hair oil on the hair before shipment to protect the hair from drying during shipping. When you open the haír package firstly, maybe there have very little smell, but we can promise the smell will totally disappear after washing.
Q 3. Why there have gray hair in the bundles?
We promise all of our hair are 100% human hair, and all the hair material are healthiest hair.There don't have any chemical process, so there have few dif ferent strands, but it is quite normal for human hair, even our own hair have dif ferent color strands
Q 4. What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
1. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.
2. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners.
3. You could use gel or hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these
products in for a long time.
4. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
Q 5:Can i dye/color the hair?
A:Our virgin hair can be dyed.
As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend you dye dark color, but you'd
better find an professional man to do this, because improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your
hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not
coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.
Q 6. how about the return policy ?
1. Return/Refund is accepted within 7 days after received the goods; please contact us first and return the goods according to the
return address.
2. To avoid delivery lost, return should be arranged by register airmail, and the shipping fees of return should be paid by the
buyer.
3. Please make the items remain the original state. We only accept not damaged items.
Q 7: How to care your hair?
A: Wash the hair in one week. B. Water to wet hair,use a mild Shampoo, Rinse and leave to dry. C. Comb with a wire brush after dry. D. You can perming dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequent,and remember to use the nutrition water. E. The combs you`d better choose the round with wide-toothed comb. F. Don't make the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time. G. Don't blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier. H. Don't grasping the root of hair overexert when washing.
